In November 2019, Dubai’s total property transactions ((Sales and mortgages only) touched Dhs20.5 billion, compared to Dhs11.4 billion in November 2018, an increase of 80 per cent. Non-resident property investors account for 44 per cent of the total investors, while 6,000 new investors registered with the Land Department in the first half of last year, with 8,807 employees are working in the sector.
